Last night was the second class and it was wonderful. So grateful to be introduced to Medicine People 3 years ago. Linda Huxtable, ND has such a strong purpose, she shares all her knowledge with us. She truly wants to empower us. I am ready!
Let's not forget the wonderful recipes and meal plans she has created in this class! I made the Chili yesterday and had it with the Pecan Bread last night before the class. But, here is the best part of all...my husband ate it too! He even went back for more! Wow! See you next week! Elizabeth
Our first day ..... all four of us ate "Day 2" of of the week one diet. I thought the food was tasty but it was waaaaay more food, way more often than I normally eat but I feel fantastic. My daughter officially has keto-flu I think and is pretty excited about that. (Win)!!!! Unfortunately, my husband Dave has a terrible tummy flu last night and today ..... I'm fairly sure it's not related? Today: ribeye steak with green beans, eggs and keto pecan raisin bread for breakfast, another chicken salad for lunch since Gia won't eat Salmon .... sigh!!! I can't wait to try the keto buns!!!! Pam
